This ensures that, in the unlikely event that a customer should encounter a technical problem with their LCD TV, expert help is at hand that can provide a quick and professional solution. 90% of consumer issues relating to a new LCD television can be simply resolved over the phone; however, if the problem cannot be fixed over the phone the high speed swap facility will ensure the faulty product is replaced with a brand new one if reported within 28 days of the date of purchase, which is then delivered directly to their door usually within the next working day. If the TV developes a fault outside of the first 28 days then Cello will collect it for a repair.
